Our U13 white team travelled to Roslevan on Friday evening last aiming to maintain their 100% record against Avenue United. While both teams were slow to settle it was the home side who took the lead into half time with the only goal of the half.
A much improved Tulla was seen in the second half and they started to control the game for long periods. However it was Avenue who scored the second goal of the game as Tulla pushed forward in search of an equaliser but were caught by a counter attack.
Tulla continued to search for a goal but it was not to be. While the 2-0 scoreline doesn’t tell the whole story of the game, our boys are disappointed to come away with nothing to show for their efforts.
Focus now turns to work on what was learned from this game in preparation for our next one.
