Success can be measured in different ways in Sport and the Tulla Utd Bank Holiday Monday Soccer Camp was indeed a measure of significant success for all involved in this year's May Bank Holiday Soccer Camp. 

The players ranged in age from 6 to 13 for both boys and girls and had the benefit of some top drawer coaching from a well-prepared coaching team made up of 8 Junior Coaches and 4 adult coaches.  From shooting to dribbling to defending to practicing their skills in small-sided games and much more besides, the preparation in advance of the camp by the coaching staff paid off with a really smooth running three hours of coaching and fun. 

Credit to all the volunteer coaches, both Junior and Adult coaches, who put in the hours and the effort to keep the focus on fun for all while delivering key coaching points for each of the eight different practice sessions throughout the duration of the camp. 

No doubt camper's parents were delighted to get some time to themselves on a bank holiday Monday morning knowing their sons and daughters were in the capable hands of a really great coaching staff.  The weather remained good for the event also which is always a bonus given the last few months of poor weather conditions. 

All at the club look forward to seeing these Bank holiday camps grow in the future and the benefits for all involved to be seen through the season. 

Significant thanks to all the coaches who gave of their time throughout the camp and indeed in their attendance at the pre-camp workshop on the Saturday.  Without a doubt all the preparation paid off on the day for another hugely successful Bank holiday Soccer camp.  Big shout out to Camp Leader Damian Hawkins.
